The ground floor level features a large family room, two bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry with shower over bath and toilet. Plus the washing machine and clothes dryer under. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with the first having a double bed and the second, two single beds. The top level features a large, open plan living area with a modern kitchen with composite bench tops, ceramic cook top, island servery and breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and fridge. Designed for family entertainment, the living room has a wall mounted television, large dining suite to seat eight people and two decks, both designed to capture the Sun’s rays throughout the day. The wide side balcony has view out over Swansea Channel to the Lake’s entrance whilst the front balcony has a large gas barbecue for those balmy coastal evenings. This level also has the master bedroom and a fourth bedroom, both with built in robes and queen beds. The bathroom has a full length bath and shower .
