Mayura Station is located in the heart of South Australia’s Limestone Coast and produces premium quality Wagyu beef. The Tasting Room is a Wagyu Beef cellar door that showcases Australian contemporary "head to tail" menus, tastings, and private dining. We provide a true paddock to plate experience in an open plan kitchen. Details of fine dining, teppanyaki tasting, and Mayura Master Class options are also available on application.
